Pharmacology Unit and Research Opportunities in Medicine

Pharmacology is taught during the first year of the MD program, and follows the COPS format. An outline of the content of the Pharmacology Unit and other Units in the first year can be found here.

Opportunities for research in pharmacology exist within the Dalhousie MD program during elective time or in the form of summer scholarships. General information on research opportunities during the MD curriculum are provided through the Office of Undergraduate Medical Education and the Office of Medical Research Services.
